Abstract

An overview of sorne of the relevant geographical features due to their location or altitude that are located in special places of our planet is presented. Diff erent extreme characteristics related to the heights of mountains and volcanoes are included, especially of the human settlements that have been stationed in remote towns and cities, highlighting the particular conditions of them. In this way a description of sorne of the most relevant places on the planet is obtained in order to highlight this information and present it in a descriptive way. To complete the content coordinates of sorne of these sites are included so that they can be used by interested readers.
