Resumen
The rapid advancement in drug development, driven by cutting-edge technologies such as virtual screening and combinatorial chemistry, has led to the creation of many potent drugs. However, a common issue arises where many of these drugs have low solubility and bioavailability in the body, which can potentially affect their effectiveness. To address this challenge, the development of intelligent drug nanocarriers has become a major focus in scientific research for over half a century. Among the options, using natural nanotransporters like cyclodextrins has emerged as a simple and highly effective solution.
