Evolución de la organización y sus teorías a lo largo del tiempo

Abstract

Throughout the history of mankind, different forms of organization have emerged among society, since it is well known that human beings are social beings by nature and that we tend to work as a team with the purpose of achieving particular objectives. The topic addressed in this paper has to do with the forms of modern business organization, based on the evolution of the concept of organization itself, and thus analyze the different management theories that have historically emerged, as well as its principles and implications that the capitalist economic system has had on the origin of each of them, and these in the forms of production and organization of modern companies, that is, those that use technologies to carry out their activities.
